Becoming more present in leadership and life
Over the course of 10 weeks, I will work one-on-one with you to develop your mindfulness as a powerful tool for better leadership, improved decision-making, stronger relationships, and reduced stress. This program isn't just about learning to be present—it's about transforming your entire approach to life and leadership.
What You'll Gain:
Mental Clarity:
Learn to calm your mind, slow down, and achieve relief from anxiety and stress.
You'll develop the awareness to distinguish between reactive thoughts and intentional actions, allowing you to make choices that align with your true goals.
Focused Attention:
Cultivate the ability to be fully present.
You'll learn to notice distractions, gently return your focus, and concentrate on what truly matters.
Emotional Mastery:
Understand and accept your emotions without letting them control your actions.
You'll be able to pause, reassess, and respond in ways that foster growth and resilience.
Breaking Autopilot Habits:
Recognize and interrupt unconscious habits, providing you with the tools to respond thoughtfully rather than reactively, leading to more intentional and effective actions.
Self-Compassion and Acceptance:
Transform your relationship with yourself by embracing self-compassion and self-acceptance.
You’ll learn to quiet the inner critic and foster a deeper, more positive connection with yourself.
How the Program Works:
The Mindful Intelligence program is divided into five key sections, each designed to build upon the last, creating a comprehensive path to personal and professional growth.
Mindfulness
We start with the fundamentals. In this section, you’ll gain the ability to calm your mind and focus your attention. We also work on building the skill of separating yourself from excessive thoughts, judgments, and the inner critic. This foundation is essential for achieving mental clarity and focused attention.
Thoughts
Here, we explore how our perceptions are often distorted by biases and judgments. We’ll examine common cognitive distortions that impact your clarity, and you’ll learn techniques for developing a more balanced and accurate view of reality.
Emotions
Emotions are powerful messengers. In this session, we focus on understanding the true message behind your emotions and how to listen to them without being overwhelmed. By accepting your emotions and understanding their origins, you’ll gain greater emotional mastery.
Autopilot (Unconscious Response)
Many of our daily actions are driven by unconscious habits that may no longer serve us. In this section, we’ll identify these behaviors, understand their triggers, and learn how to manage them. We’ll also discuss the fight, flight, or freeze response and introduce techniques like the “Pause Button” to help you shift from reactive to conscious, intentional behavior.
Self
Finally, we turn inward to explore your relationship with yourself. We’ll work on self-acceptance and self-compassion, focusing on transforming your inner critic into a supportive voice. This section is about establishing a healthier relationship with yourself, leading to greater personal and professional growth
